SUMMER LEAGUE FIXTURES & TABLES 2019
Our Summer league fixture list is below. Links to race entries will be made available when they become available to us.
There will be again 3 championships:
MAIN - in which all athletes can score points and which will be decided on the FASTEST times in each race.
AGE GRADE % - in which all athletes ages are taken into account and graded accordingly with the highest % in each race scoring the most points.
FEMALE - female only in which all of our female athletes are eligble to score points for the fastest in each race.
Athletes can score in 10 out of the 12 events plus one Park Run (Best time) throughout the season from April 1st up until the middle week in October. Scoring will be the same as in previous years. One half marathon must be attempted to qualify. It was felt that we should support local events and to also cut down the number of Permit races which we have applied for in the past.
In addition to these events we will be holding our own internal Summer Town races only for ADAC members.

"Town" runs based on the same format as our Winter league runs on. Provisional dates have not yet been finalised but we hope to clarify these soon.
