MOFFAT 4 mile RECCE TUESDAY 12th AUGUST
MOFFAT 4 Mile RECCE RUN - TUESDAY 12th AUGUST - MEET at the car park in Moffat for 6-45pm.
After a hectic weekend of competition I think the seniors need a wee rest and an easy jog/run/walk/crawl so I think a recce of our upcoming Moffat 4mile race would be good for training this Tuesday. See you there...............oh and bring those tired legs along with you ! :-)
