So far this summer since the start of the Championship there have been 8 ADAC competitors in the Carlisle Parkrun and the current standings are shown on the Results document linked from the Seniors pages.
A note for anyone planning a trip through one Saturday morning - due to other events in and around the park the run will not take place on either 20th June or 11th July.
You are reminded that you need to register with Parkrun in advance to obtain a barcode that you need to take with you and that you should regsiter yourself with Annan & District AC as that is how the results are checked for weekly updates.
