Dumfries 'Doonhamer' 10k - August 30th
The next Senior's Championship event is the Dumfries 10k which will be held on Sunday 30th August.
The race starts at 10.30am from Dock Park. Advanced entry is recommended - at the time of writing 12 ADAC runners had already done so :-) - and can be done via www.entrycentral.com/event/102705 . There is a limit of 250 entries and so for 143 have signed up.
Runners are reminded that in order to score Championship points club colours must be worn.
