The Summer 2015 Senior Championship season went out with a slightly damp whimper today as the weather conditions combined with a few runners having niggles and injuries to result in no ADAC runners taking part in the final eligible Carlisle Parkrun. A fuller report on the Parkrun season is now on the reports section of the Seniors' page and the final Championship results will be updated just as soon as IT allows (Monday night!). Congratulations to all category winners and those who finished on the podium.
The Winter League season now kicks in with the first race taking place next Saturday morning in the shape of the Burnswalk 5 mile (out & back) route.
As usual there will be a handicapped start from 10.30am (NO early starters PLEASE!!!!), parking is availble at Hoddom Primary in Ecclefechan and runners should assemble on the northern side of the motorway footbridge in good time. If possible please could runners have an approximate time for the course in mind and although it is likely that there will be a timekeeper runners should bring their own watch.
