George's busy day
ADAC stalwart George Fraser had a busy day last Sunday when he took part in four events at the SAL Masters Indoor T&F Champs in Glasgow. George is better known as a long distance runner, preferring distances between 10k and half marathon but for the sake of variety he took on events ranging from 60m to 1,500m across the day.
As this was his first excursion into these 'sprint' distances for sometime, and he was competing against hardened battle ready opponents, George did himself and the club proud with an average age-grade equivalent across the four events of 67.1%. Well done GF!!
