As the cold air swept across the country last weekend the focus shifted to indoors and young and old ADAC athletes competed at the Emirates indoor arena in Glasgow.
John Birket and Jim Sloan competed in the Shot Putt events winning GOLD in each a splendid result gents. Well done !
Slightly younger 😊 Nicole Proudfoot competed in the Pentathlon Championships and after a gruelling weekend of events she finished in the SILVER medal position – a fantastic result in this age group. Well done Nicole !
Well done to Alison and Hannah who attended the Hammer Development session at Grangemouth on Sunday. Expert tuition was given by Commonwealth Gold medalist Mick Jones.
Well done also to David Pennington who competed at the Bowhill duathlon and gained a 3rd Vet60 place.

Just before going to press news reached hq that Finlay Waugh competed at the Scottish Schools winning a BRONZE medal and gaining a new indoor pb of 23.45. Faastic Finlay well done !
